FAQ’s
-
There is no cost to host a South Florida Book Fair. I provide the books, displays, setup, checkout system, and cleanup. Your school simply provides the space, and I'll take care of the rest.
-
Every qualifying book fair earns rewards for your school through the PaperPie Learning rewards program. Depending on your preference, your school can choose FREE books for your library or classrooms or a cash donation to support your literacy goals.
Before your event, I'll walk you through all of the available reward options so you can choose the one that best fits your school.
-

I recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance whenever possible, especially during busy fall and spring book fair seasons. If you're planning an event sooner than that, reach out anyway—I may still have availability.
-
I proudly serve schools, preschools, libraries, and community organizations throughout South East Florida. If you're unsure whether you're within my service area, just reach out—I'm always happy to discuss your event.

Families can shop using major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods. Depending on your event, cash may also be accepted. I'll help determine the best payment setup for your school.
-
Book fairs are most successful when they're tailored to each school's needs. Some events are supported by parent or PTO volunteers, while others require very little school involvement. During our planning consultation, we'll create a staffing plan that works best for your event.
-
That's what the free consultation is for! We'll talk about your goals, budget, available space, timeline, and student population, and I'll recommend the book fair format that best fits your school. There's no pressure—just honest guidance to help you create a successful event.
